Background
Meituan Money Manager is a reimbursement tool designed for Meituan employees. In the past, the reimbursement process was often challenging for employees due to unclear guidance and unfamiliarity with reimbursement rules, resulting in errors and repeated modifications. These issues not only increased the workload of reviewers but also caused frustration and wasted time for employees. To address these challenges, the Meituan Money Manager project aims to design and develop a more intuitive, user-friendly, and self-service reimbursement process that simplifies the reimbursement process for employees and reduces the need for manual processing by reviewers.
